The Dark Shepherd has no known origins but given his Kenku appearance it is largely believed he was one of the first Kenkus hailing from the infant days of Valenaar in the region known as Eskaecia.
The Dark Shepherd is one of the most seen gods of them all. He wonders Valenaar like its home, because to him, it is home. However he is largely only seen when death is about to follow. This is where he got the title of The Reaper.
It is believed that he is the shepherd to the Realm of Souls when one passes and brings them to their final place amongst the heavens.
The Dark Shepherd is also known as the first necromancer and many necromancers revere him as their teacher and guide into the forces of death.
The Dark Shepherd is a surprisingly gentle god to those who have interacted with him. Wise and enduring. He is seen as an average looking Kenku, black feathers, long black beak. His eyes are the only thing that change from the Kenku, being white glossy orbs with no iris. Many believe him to be blind. Yet any who have seen him, see him interacting with the world without this disability.
